The walls glow only where the future was wrong. Hold still and the room goes dark as it learns you. Move, and the future moon goes to look.

Tenses

How long the past moon remembers. Long memory lets a still room be predicted from the past instead of the noisy present.
How fast the 20 weights forget old evidence.
Below 100% the brain is fed its own prediction. Learning pauses: a dream must not teach itself. Watch fine detail dissolve, then pull it back to 100%.
Frames ahead. The model is rolled forward from the present; further out, the future blurs.

Perjantai

A tiny brain that lives at 64×64 and keeps three moons.

pastwhat it has seen, slowly averaged, plus what it has learned presentthe frame arriving right now futurethe past, read through the present: its guess at the next frame

The walls light up only where that guess was wrong. Sit still and the room learns you and goes dark. Wave a hand and it lights up, and the future moon drifts over to look.
